Dear Business Owner / Community Partner,
The Thornton Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (TCPAAA) will be holding a benefit
golf scramble fund-raiser on October 5, 2019. The Thornton Citizens' Police Academy provides an essential venue for creating an atmosphere linking the community with the Thornton Police Department. Each year approximately 35 students graduate from the Thornton Citizens' Police Academy and join the ranks of past graduates and active alumni as stewards in the community, and volunteers for the Police Department.
The tournament is for the benefit of the Thornton Citizens' Police Academy, and provides needed assistance to ensure the success of TCPAAA's future support of the Department. This includes, our LEO Dependent's Scholarship Fund, support for Scenario based training for Recruits & Officers and SWAT, as well as other outreach events.
We would like to take this opportunity to ask for support in this program, whether it be in the form of a donation, a tournament sponsorship, or a gift, product or service to be auctioned off at the tournament.
Tournament sponsorship opportunities include:
Eagle Sponsor- $2,500.00; to include Awards ceremony recognition, Foursome, Company name/logo displayed at the tee box and on publications.
Birdie Sponsor- $1,200.00; to include Awards ceremony recognition, Foursome, Company name/logo displayed at a tee box.
Cart Sponsor- $500.00; to include Company name/logo displayed on each golf cart.
Attended Hole Sponsor- $350.00; to include a sign on the tee box of one of the holes, and the
opportunity for the sponsor to be at the hole during the tournament to promote their business.
Hole Sponsor- $200.00; to include Company name/logo displayed on the tee box of one of the holes.
Gift Sponsor – $100.00; and the opportunity to supply approximately 100 gifts or advertising
items to be included in the gift bags for players.
Game Sponsor- $50.00 prizes for tournament games such as longest drive.
Auction item Donor – any item or service to be given as gifts to golfers or auctioned off at the
tournament.
