We have a special guest speaker for our April continuing education class. Doug Randolph will give a presentation on money laundering. Mr. Randolph has extensive experience "tracking the money" to build complex cases. This is often the piece of a case that puts the bad guy away, yet it is seldom covered in citizen academies.
