Thornton Fest TCPAA Volunteers - Police Department

 

I am making plans for the City’s Thorntonfest which will be held on Saturday May 18, 2013 at the Multi-purpose fields 108^th and Colorado.  This year they are opening the north side area with the carousel and boat rides and this will be the Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting day.

 

Due to the extra events we are going to try something a little different this year.  We will have a lost person tent set up on the field near the main stage. 

 

I am requesting eight volunteers this year.  We will have two in the lost person tent at all times. Expected times will be from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.  The volunteers will report to the Command Post which will be inside the Recreation Center in the southwest multipurpose room.  If you or they want the can split the shifts. I just need to know who to expect and when.
