Volunteers, We are anxiously looking for volunteers to assist with security during the American Cancer Society's "2013 Relay for Life - Thornton" event coming up this Saturday July 27th into Sunday July 28th.
Volunteers are being asked to assist with walking security patrols for the parking lots. This is an evening event starting at around 6pm the 27th into the following morning of the 28th. Rudy Barron who notified the board about this event will be the primary contact and will be on-site from 6pm until 5am the following morning.
The following shifts are as follows:
2 volunteers from 6-10pm on the 27th
2 volunteers from 10pm-2am on the 27th into the 28th
2 volunteers from 2-5am on the 28th
They are looking for approximately 2 volunteers per shift but more are always appreciated. Food and water will be available. Event Details:
